Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement or revenue enablement.
• Experience owning end-to-end enablement programs from definition to delivery.
• Experience building sales-facing content (talk tracks, plays, coaching guides).

Responsibilities

• Builds and updates GTM talk tracks, plays, and discovery guides grounded in Fullbay's methodology.
• Designs and delivers scalable sales skills programs for Marketing, BDR, and Sales.
• Maintains content governance, taxonomy, and asset freshness across enablement materials.
• Owns onboarding curriculum and day-one access for revenue teams in partnership with People Experience.
• Manages programs with timelines, stakeholders, and measurable outcomes.
