Job summary

Gofractional is seeking a skilled GTM Enablement Manager in Austin to lead our Revenue Enablement function. This role is critical in developing tools and programs that enhance our sales and customer-facing teams' efficiency through training and collaboration.

You will report to the GTM Enablement Director, taking ownership of various programs while driving improvements in our sales metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales enablement background and be comfortable working cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales enablement and previous experience in a sales role.
• Strong written communication; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Experience running in-person enablement workshops for varying roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement programs and work with GTM leadership.
• Drive improvements across key revenue KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams.
