Job summary

Commerce seeks a Senior Global GTM Enablement Manager to own end-to-end enablement across the revenue org, turning GTM priorities into capability roadmaps and learning journeys. You will diagnose gaps with Gong and Salesforce, design field-ready playbooks, and drive scalable, manager-first reinforcement across a global sales team.

You will lead live and virtual sessions, create AI-driven content, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to measure impact on deal progression and narrative

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales enablement or a related SaaS function.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering blended enablement programs with measurable behavior change.
• Strong live and virtual facilitation skills for large and small audiences.
• Experience driving a manager-first enablement motion with coaching tools.
• Quota-carrying sales or solution consulting background preferred.
• Advanced fluency with AI-assisted content creation and productive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for seller enablement programs across the revenue org.
• Diagnose performance gaps using Gong, Salesforce, and stakeholder inputs; translate into learning journeys.
• Design enablement as field operating systems with playbooks, talk tracks, and coaching tools.
• Standardize repeatable enablement frameworks and production workflows.
• Facilitate high-impact live and virtual sessions for diverse GTM audiences.
• Create sessions focused on behavior change using real deal scenarios.
• Partner with SMEs to convert content into seller-ready narratives and patterns.
• Build manager-first reinforcement kits and cadence-aligned coaching tools.
• Leverage AI to produce drafts of decks, scripts, and reinforcement assets; automate workflows.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption with Gong/Salesforce, and iterate programs.
• Collaborate with PMM, Product, RevOps, and Sales/CS leadership to align enablement with goals.
