Job summary

Access Information Management seeks a Director of GTM Enablement (Finance) to lead hands-on programs for sales, retention, and client-facing teams. You will own onboarding, training, playbooks, and the enablement tech stack, leveraging AI and automation to tailor content to how people learn and perform.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to translate GTM priorities into practical enablement that improves ramp time, quota attainment, win rates, and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of quota‑carrying experience in sales, BDR, or a similar revenue‑generating role.
• Experience in enablement, training, or coaching sellers and client‑facing teams.
• Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and what it takes to build real skill.
• Hands‑on experience using AI and automation tools to build training content or support coaching.
• Track record of creating training that drives behavior change.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally in a matrixed organization.
• Strong project management instincts to ship enablement programs on a deadline.

Responsibilities

• Design and run enablement programs that build confidence across sales, BDRs, presales, Client Care, Retention, and CSM.
• Build engaging training content with scenario-based practice, role‑play, and microlearning.
• Use AI and automation to modernize content creation, coaching, and updates.
• Own the enablement tech stack and keep it adopted and current.
• Partner with sales, retention, and CSM leadership to identify gaps and close them.
• Develop playbooks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides.
• Support product launches with training and readiness plans for GTM teams.
• Own ROI storytelling by defining metrics and adjusting programs based on data.
• Coach and develop enablement team members and cross-functional contributors.
