Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering GTM enablement or sales enablement programs.
• Ability to translate complex product and customer information into engaging learning experiences.
• Proven track record of measuring learning impact with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to diagnose performance gaps across the GTM organization.
• Create onboarding curricula, certification programs, and learning paths.
• Develop instructor-led and virtual training, eLearning modules, and job aids.
• Design assessments and certifications to validate readiness and proficiency.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate content creation and personalize learning.
• Support readiness initiatives for sales, channel, and partner teams and drive adoption.
• Define success metrics and measure program effectiveness beyond participation.
• Govern content governance and collaborate with Product Marketing to curate assets.
