Job summary

Greenhouse Software is seeking a Program Manager for GTM Enablement to build scalable training for Sales and Customer Success teams. You will own the curriculum backbone, coordinating product launches into reusable learning assets, and ensuring effective rollout across audiences.

You will partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, CS, and RevOps, turning ambiguity into actionable enablement. A structured, action-oriented approach and strong writing will drive success in a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in enablement, program management, or GTM operations in tech.
Instructional design experience with training, job aids, or curriculum.
Experience in recruiting or B2B SaaS industry a plus.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and judgment on automation vs. human decision-making.

Responsibilities

Build and scale enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success.
Own curriculum creation: eLearning, live sessions, playbooks, FAQs.
Manage launch execution: timelines, logistics, invites, follow-ups.
Maintain enablement systems: tracking, reporting, scorecards, AI knowledge agents.
Partner on measurement: completion, sentiment, behavior-change signals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with PMM, Product, Sales, CS, RevOps.
