Job summary

Genetec is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to design, develop, and measure learning programs that boost productivity and performance across the go-to-market teams in the United States.

You will partner with Sales, Channel, Partner, Product Marketing, Operations and Enablement leadership to drive onboarding, readiness, adoption, and ongoing development initiatives. The role emphasizes performance consulting, instructional design, and data-driven measurement to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs for B2B or SaaS teams.
• Ability to diagnose performance gaps and translate findings into scalable enablement solutions.
• Proven track record in partnering with Sales, Channel, and Product Marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and measure learning programs for GTM teams.
• Create onboarding curricula, certification programs, and learning paths.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content and reinforcement activities.
• Incorporate AI-enabled tools to accelerate content creation and personalization.
• Lead and measure program impact across onboarding, readiness, and ramp time.
• Partner with stakeholders to define readiness requirements and enablement strategies.
• Govern enablement content and streamline lifecycle management.
