ICIMS, Inc. is a leading enterprise hiring platform combining AI-powered insights with scalable recruiting tech. We seek a GTM Enablement leader to design scalable learning programs and drive adoption across Sales, CS, and Product.

You will own core GTM content, onboarding, and plays, and partner with stakeholders to align enablement with product launches and GTM strategy. Build learning journeys, reinforce Value Selling, and ensure teams are prepared ahead of go-live.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in learning, enablement, performance consulting, or GTM roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Working knowledge of ICIMS product suite and customer journey or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience applying instructional or performance-based learning principles.
• Comfort with GTM and learning technologies and data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as GTM enablement SME on the ICIMS product ecosystem, customer journey, and GTM motion.
• Own and maintain core GTM content, onboarding, handbooks, plays.
• Own the GTM onboarding program end-to-end to ramp new hires against product, process, and value selling methodology.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions aligned to GTM role scope (AE, AM, CS).
• Embed and reinforce Value Selling across coaching, content, and Gong-based skill development.
• Lead field preparation for product launches and process changes with learning programs and reinforcement.
