Job summary

Genetec is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to design and deliver learning programs that boost productivity across sales, channels, and partners. You will translate complex product and customer information into engaging training that drives measurable behavior change and business outcomes.

• Proven skills in aligning programs with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and measure enablement programs for GTM teams.
• Partner with Sales, Channel, Partner, Product Marketing, Operations, and Enablement leadership.
• Create onboarding, certification, learning paths, and role-based training.
• Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and certification programs.
• Manage content governance and knowledge management across assets.
