Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a GTM Sales Operations Manager for Contact Data Management. You will own global contact data quality, enrichment, deduplication, and governance, driving AI-enabled solutions across Salesforce and GTM teams.

This role combines strategic initiatives with hands-on technical leadership to improve data completeness, accuracy, and coverage for revenue acceleration. You will lead design, validation, and deployment of data pipelines, vendor management, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 8+ years in contact data quality/governance in SaaS/high-growth tech
• 2+ years managing contact data initiatives across regions
• 2+ years with AI-driven contact solutions/enrichment workflows
• Experience with offshore/distributed data ops teams
• Experience with Salesforce data governance and complex contact models
• Proficiency in SQL; production-grade SQL for data validation/dedup
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation/automation
• Experience with at least 2 enrichment platforms (Clay/ZoomInfo)
• Understanding data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) and compliant processes
• Experience writing BRDs and technical specs for data initiatives

Responsibilities

• Execute global contact standardization and deduplication with accuracy and coverage
• Develop and enforce data standards and governance policies
• Build dashboards with KPI tracking and executive visibility
• Ensure data readiness for sales enablement at point of entry
• Design and deploy AI agents/workflows for high accuracy
• Architect data pipelines and validation frameworks
• Identify and implement emerging data technologies and AI/ML solutions
• Deploy AI/automation to accelerate regional productivity
• Lead vendor selection and manage SLAs/performance
• Lead offshore team performance and training
• Provide updates on data quality goals and ROI to leadership
• Coordinate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing Ops and GTM teams
• Drive adoption of data standards across regions
• Write BRDs/technical specs and ensure security compliance
• Lead UAT for new data systems and tools
