Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a GTM Sales Operations Manager for Contact Data Management to lead global standardization, enrichment, and deduplication of high-propensity contact records in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and governance across regions.

This individual contributor role reports to the Senior GTM Data Governance Director. You will design AI-driven data pipelines, build dashboards, manage vendors, and collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing Operations, and GTM teams to accelerate

Qualifications

• 8+ years in contact data quality or data operations in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
• 2+ years leading global contact data initiatives
• 2+ years with AI-driven contact solutions for enrichment/validation
• Experience managing offshore or distributed data operations teams
• Experience with advanced Salesforce: contact models, hierarchies, data governance
• Experience with generative AI solutions for contact data processing
• SQL – advanced queries, data modeling and validation pipelines
• Python for data manipulation, ML pipelines, and automation
• Experience with multiple enrichment platforms (Clay, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism)
• Privacy/compliance knowledge (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD)
• Experience writing BRDs/technical specs and leading UAT
• 5+ years of people management in data/analytics
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, RevOps, Marketing Ops

Responsibilities

• Execute global contact standardization, enrichment, and deduplication with accuracy and coverage across regions
• Develop and enforce contact data standards and governance policies
• Build dashboards with monthly KPIs and executive visibility; establish SLAs
• Ensure data readiness for sales enablement and clean entry points
• Design and deploy AI agents and automation for data enrichment and deduplication
• Architect contact data pipelines and validation frameworks with automated QA
• Identify and implement AI data tech to improve quality and efficiency
• Deploy multiple workflows to reduce manual cleansing and accelerate productivity
• Drive contact acquisition strategy across Clay, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism
• Lead vendor selection, integration, and monitor SLAs and performance
• Coordinate with GTM, Sales, RevOps, Marketing Ops on data standards
• Lead offshore team performance and training
• Provide updates on data quality goals and ROI
• Prioritize initiatives by business impact to revenue growth
