Job summary

LaunchDarkly seeks a GTM Data Governance Manager (MDM) to own the data model for accounts, contacts, organizations, and related domains across Salesforce, billing, marketing, product usage data, and the data warehouse. You will lead the standards, stewardship, and quality programs in partnership with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Security to enable reliable reporting and AI data workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data management or governance, including MDM or data quality programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and explain tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Salesforce data models and CRM data quality at scale.
• Experience building and operating a data governance framework with policies and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own the MDM roadmap and operating model for account, contact, and organization domains.
• Define golden record rules: matching, merging, survivorship, and hierarchies across systems.
• Set data governance standards, ownership, stewardship, and quality SLAs; onboard new data sources and manage lifecycle events.
• Design and monitor data quality rules, scorecards, and dashboards; report data health and risks with business impact.
• Specify integration patterns across Salesforce and the data warehouse; advise on build vs. buy for MDM and data quality tooling.
• Provide trusted data products for analytics and AI; act as data owner on PII handling and GDPR/CCPA.
