DocuSign is seeking a Sr. GTM Strategy & Programs Manager to design, drive and execute strategic initiatives that accelerate our global revenue growth and optimize GTM processes across the sales cycle.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, GTM Strategy & Programs, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, HR, Legal and Finance to eliminate friction, apply AI and analytics, and deliver data-driven insights to the C-suite, guiding investment priorities in a highly visible,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in top-tier tech strategy and operations or consulting.
• 4+ years in SaaS companies.
• 4+ years designing, executing GTM strategy and operating models.
• Experience in complex matrixed environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive the end-to-end GTM motion aligned with growth targets.
• Identify and eliminate operational friction with sales and GTM functions.
• Incorporate AI, automation and analytics to accelerate GTM processes.
