Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a GTM Sales Operations Manager to lead regional data quality initiatives across multiple markets, partnering with Sales, GTM, Marketing, and RevOps to enforce data standards and drive adoption of governance policies. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on data enrichment using AI-driven tools.

You will manage offshore teams, define BRDs and specifications, oversee UAT, and deliver dashboards with KPI visibility for regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8+ years in data quality, governance, or data operations in SaaS/high-growth tech.
• 3+ years leading data quality initiatives across multiple regions (Europe, LATAM, APAC, Japan).
• 2+ years AI/ML-driven data quality or automation experience.
• Experience with offshore/distributed data operations teams.
• Strong Salesforce data governance and account hierarchies expertise.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with enrichment platforms (D&B, ZoomInfo, HG Insights, Apollo, Clay).
• Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and regional data privacy requirements.
• Experience writing BRDs and technical specs; able to lead UAT.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional data quality initiatives across multiple markets.
• Develop and enforce data standards and governance policies.
• Build regional data quality dashboards with KPI tracking.
• Deploy AI agents and automation for data cleansing and enrichment.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure security and feasibility.
• Lead UAT for new data systems and tools; coordinate remediation.
