Job summary

Algolia is seeking a detail-oriented GTM Data Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team to ensure data is trusted, governed, and operationally sound across the GTM ecosystem. You will own governance for Leads, Contacts, and Accounts across Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase and related systems, enabling accurate analytics and automated workflows.

The role partners with GTM Systems, Marketing/Sales Operations, Analytics, Customer Success Operations, and Data / Systems Engineering to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue/Marketing/Sales Operations or related GTM operations.
• Located in the US (ET or CT closely preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM data management principles.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and GTM data platforms/enrichment technologies.
• Familiarity with SQL and data warehouse concepts is a plus.
• Ability to document processes and drive data governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Own governance for customer and prospect data across GTM systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase).
• Ensure data quality, enrichment, validation, and lifecycle management across Leads, Contacts, Accounts.
• Develop dashboards to monitor data quality health and operational readiness.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and support AI workflows.
• Collaborate with GTM tech and analytics teams to enhance data models and integrations.
• Support audit and compliance requests.
