Notion is seeking a GTM Compensation Lead within Commercial Operations to own commissions strategy, design, and execution for a growing AI-driven GTM motion. You will shape incentive systems that drive seller focus, collaboration, and growth with customers.

You will work with senior GTM leaders to translate business priorities into clear, scalable comp programs, delivering accurate payouts and timely updates across the org.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated judgment balancing Finance discipline with GTM effectiveness.
• Strong financial modeling and data fluency, to translate complex plan mechanics into clear analysis.
• Experience leading transformative operational projects with cross-functional alignment and change management.
• Track record of building sustainable quarterly operating cadences with calendars and reviews.
• AI-fluent operating style, using AI to improve decision quality and automate checks.

Aufgaben

• Map the current GTM Comp operating model and publish a roadmap for evolution as GTM grows.
• Introduce AI quick wins to improve payout estimates, discrepancy detection, and automated reminders tied to the comp calendar.
• Build a planning-cycle framework with clear inputs, trade-offs, decision rights, and timelines across GTM, Finance, and Commercial Ops.
• Provide board-level updates with clear reporting on plan health, payout accuracy, and systems quality.
