Job summary

Notion is seeking a GTM Compensation Lead for Commercial Operations to own commissions strategy, design, and execution across a growing GTM organization in the AI era. You will translate business priorities into clear, scalable comp programs and set incentives that align sellers with Notion’s enterprise growth.

You will collaborate with the Head of Sales, Finance, and geo leaders to establish roadmaps, publish updates, and drive AI-enabled improvements that enhance payout accuracy and process

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and data fluency.
• Experience turning complex plan mechanics into clear insights for executives.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and change management.

Responsibilities

• Map current GTM Comp operating model within 90 days and publish a roadmap.
• Design and implement scalable compensation programs for GTM and AI-era selling.
• Lead AI-enabled improvements to payout accuracy and system checks.
• Provide board-level updates on plan health, payouts, and systems quality.
