Job summary

Notion is seeking a GTM Compensation Lead to own commissions strategy and execution for Commercial Operations as Notion scales its AI-era selling motion and Enterprise growth.

You’ll work with senior GTM leaders, including the Head of Sales and geo leaders, to translate business priorities into clear, accurate, scalable comp programs, ensuring alignment across Finance and Commercial Operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to balance Finance discipline with GTM effectiveness.
• Strong financial modeling and data fluency for complex plan analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational projects and rollout.
• Experience building quarterly operating cadences with calendars and reviews.
• AI-enabled approach to improve decision quality and automation.
• Familiarity with Everstage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map the current GTM Comp model and publish a roadmap for evolution.
• Introduce AI quick wins to improve payout estimates and flag discrepancies.
• Build a planning-cycle framework with clear inputs, trade-offs, and timelines.
• Provide board-level updates on plan health, payouts, and system quality.
