Working with senior GTM leaders, you will translate business priorities into scalable comp programs, provide board-level updates on plan health and payout accuracy, and implement AI-assisted controls to enhance decision quality and process efficiency.

• Experience leading cross-functional, transformative operational projects.
• Track record building quarterly operating cadences with clear calendars and reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Own commissions strategy, design, and execution for GTM.
• Partner with senior GTM, Finance and Geo leaders to translate priorities into scalable comp programs.
• Provide board-ready updates on plan health, payout accuracy, and system quality.
• Introduce AI-enabled processes to triage questions, estimate payouts, and improve data integrity.
