Job summary

Browserbase is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle GTM hiring in San Francisco, partnering with hiring managers to build and scale Revenue, Sales, Growth, Partnerships, People, and Finance teams. You’ll own intake, calibration, sourcing, assessment, offer strategy and close.

You’ll create repeatable processes, scorecards and rubrics, use data to drive decisions, and ensure a fast, clear candidate experience with fair, diverse pipelines as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a proven GTM track record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple open roles.
• Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative problem-solver.
• Data-driven with experience using ATS reporting.
• Comfort discussing infrastructure concepts with technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions, from intake and calibration through sourcing, assessment, offer strategy, and close.
• Create programs that make hiring repeatable: structured interview loops, scorecards, rubrics, interviewer training, referrals, and candidate experience standards.
• Develop data and metrics to guide searches: pipeline health, pass-through rates, time to fill, offer acceptance, quality of hire.
• Partner with hiring managers on scoping, compensation positioning, and interview design; push back when the bar isn't met.
• Provide candidates with a fast, clear, honest experience regardless of outcome.
• Build diverse pipelines and maintain fairness as volume grows.
