Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a strategic GTM recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing and Partnerships in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will partner with founders and GTM leaders to define roles, target top candidates, and build scalable pipelines using AI-powered sourcing tools.

You will shape hiring strategy, drive fast, high-quality outcomes, and ensure a candidate-centric experience while collaborating with Compensation and HR teams to optimize processes and equity

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing and Partnerships.
• Ability to partner with founders and GTM leaders to shape hiring strategy.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Passion for AI industry and using AI in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle GTM recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships.
• Shape hiring strategy with GTM leaders to build world-class teams.
• Develop talent pipelines and market maps for current and future needs.
• Proactively source and engage top GTM talent via direct outreach and AI tools.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and other People functions on role design and market data.
• Champion AI-native recruiting practices and optimize recruiting operations.
