Job summary

Town, an applied AI company, is hiring a recruiter to build and own the GTM recruiting function in San Francisco. You will partner with founders and leaders to run full-cycle searches across sales, marketing, growth, operations, customer success, and partnerships, while delivering a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience.

You will help create scalable processes and the infrastructure behind Town's recruiting machine, enabling a small team to hire like a much larger one, in-person five days

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience.
• Track record hiring sales, marketing, and operations.
• Ability to build strong top of funnel and close deals.
• Comfort speaking with top commercial talent and assessing signal from noise.
• Thrives in a fast-growing startup and collaborates with founders.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle GTM recruiting from sourcing to closing.
• Recruit across revenue, sales, product marketing, growth, operations, customer success, and partnerships.
• Deliver high-touch, thoughtful candidate experiences at every touchpoint.
• Help build scalable recruiting systems and processes with founders and leaders.
