Job summary

Basis is looking for a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, customer success, account management, partnerships, and revenue operations. You will partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, build pipelines, and move searches quickly, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle ownership: run a search from kickoff to close, including intake, sourcing, candidate management, and offers.
• GTM fluency: understand how revenue teams work and what makes a great hire across sales, marketing, customer success, account management, partnerships, and revenue operations.
• Hiring manager partnership: build trust quickly, ask smart questions, help teams stay calibrated on needs.
• High-quality sourcing: find candidates others miss via research, outbound, referrals, and creative problem-solving.
• Candidate-first communication: be clear, responsive, and respectful throughout the process.
• Comfort with pace and ambiguity: move quickly, adapt as priorities shift, jump in where needed.
