Tulip in Somerville, MA is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer who blends AI-powered tooling with real business impact. This hybrid role splits between building AI-native tools in Clay and integrating them with our GTM stack to support Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Ops.

You will ship production-grade automations, design reliable data flows, and measure adoption and business impact while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to drive revenue growth.

Formación

• 3-5+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Ops, or software engineering building data/AI-driven apps.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered workflows that solve real business problems.
• Familiarity with Clay and GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Looker.
• Comfort writing scripts or connecting systems via APIs/webhooks to move data between tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and ship AI-native tools and automations in Clay and related platforms.
• Integrate LLMs into production GTM workflows (CRM enrichment, account scoring, deal intelligence).
• Evaluate GTM ecosystem (Salesforce, Clay, Gong, ZoomInfo) and build reliable integrations.
• Diagnose gaps in GTM workflows and scope initiatives into measurable solutions.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to translate requests into tools.
• Own end-to-end delivery: prototyping, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
