Job summary

Basware is seeking a senior GTM Engineer to own cross‑functional GTM systems, build automation across marketing/RevOps, and design AI‑assisted workflows in a global B2B SaaS environment. The role partners with Marketing Ops, Growth Marketing, RevOps, and IT to deliver scalable, data‑driven automation.

The ideal candidate brings 6–8+ years’ experience, hands‑on automation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while maintaining independent ownership of GTM engineering priorities.

Qualifications

6–8+ years of GTM systems ownership and cross‑functional delivery.
Hands-on experience building automations and integrations across a marketing/RevOps stack.
Experience designing AI‑assisted workflows using Claude, Copilot Studio, or comparable platforms.
Ability to orchestrate AI agents across MCP connectors in a multi‑tool stack.

Responsibilities

GTM Systems Architecture & Integration: design and maintain automations across marketing and sales stack.
AI‑Assisted Campaign Creation: build agentic workflows to support campaign creation end‑to‑end.
ABM Personalization at Scale: design workflows for personalized ABM content and outreach.
Asana Project & Database Enrichment: automate syncing of projects and data with GTM stack.
Cross‑System Data Flow & Reporting: ensure clean data for pipeline and campaign metrics.
Governance, Experimentation & Iteration: flag risks and run experiments with AI governance boards.
