GTM Systems Engineer for AI-Driven Outreach

Job summary

Speechify SIMBA is hiring our first GTM Engineer to build outbound systems and the automation stack powering our AI‑driven outreach. You will own lead enrichment, sequencing, CRM integrations, and the data tooling that fuels the sales pipeline.

You will deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized messaging, and continuously optimize the top of the funnel while keeping data clean across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment and sequencing.
• Hands-on GTM stack experience across CRM, enrichment tools, and sequencing platforms.
• Ability to measure funnel metrics like pipeline influenced and meetings booked.
• Comfort deploying AI-enabled personalization and automation in GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure and workflows at scale.
• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end: CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and integrations.
• Deploy AI agents for prospect research and personalized outreach.
• Instrument top-of-funnel performance and optimize for pipeline creation.
• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make to keep data synced.
• Evaluate and adopt new GTM tooling and AI capabilities.
