demandDrive is a growth-focused GTM agency helping B2B teams accelerate pipeline and revenue. The GTM Engineer role puts you in the room with clients, diagnosing challenges and building scalable, AI-enabled go-to-market systems using Clay and popular integrations.

You’ll own the client relationship from discovery to delivery, leading multi-industry engagements and delivering repeatable value. You’ll design AI-powered automations, connect CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, and weave together

Qualifications

Clay power user with multi-step enrichment, API integrations and advanced filtering.
AI-first thinking to embed AI capabilities into workflows and client work.
Deep CRM workflow knowledge (HubSpot or Salesforce) and data flow understanding.
Experience wiring APIs and webhooks; scripting in Python/JavaScript is a plus.
Proven ability to lead client discovery sessions and scope solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead client calls and discovery sessions to translate goals into GTM solutions.
Build multi-layer Clay workflows from enrichment providers, signals, technographics, and data sources.
Design AI-powered automations and agent workflows for research, routing, and qualification at scale.
Integrate CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and outbound tools into cohesive systems.
Build automation workflows using Zapier and n8n to connect systems and reduce manual work.
Create end-to-end buyer journey workflows from initial signal to closed deal and renewal.
Run experiments, measure results, and scale what works.
Stay current on AI capabilities and bring ideas to clients proactively.
