Job summary

Mews is seeking an AI/Automation-focused engineer to own the GTM automation stack. You will architect, build and operate AI-powered pipelines that reduce manual work, from deal enrichment to CPQ and forecasting, within the Growth team.

You’ll design prompting systems, manage production health, and collaborate with Gong, LeanData, ZoomInfo and other vendors. We value autonomy, ownership, and practical engineering that moves KPIs.

Qualifications

• Owner of AI/automation initiatives with commercial impact.
• Experience shipping AI-powered pipelines in production.
• Strong autonomy and ability to define approach in ambiguity.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and MCP integrations.
• Experience with CRM APIs and multi-system data integrations.
• Familiarity with RevOps or GTM workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of automation and AI tooling in your GTM pod.
• Build AI-powered pipelines: enrichment, routing, coaching signals, CPQ, forecasting inputs.
• Design prompting architecture for non-technical users with robust observability.
• Own production health: incident response, adoption metrics, data quality.
• Manage vendor relationships: SLAs, escalations, business reviews.
• Mentor engineers and promote reusable patterns across the pod.
