Job summary

Motive is seeking a GTM Engineer on the Deal Desk team to build and own AI-powered workflows, automations, and agents that streamline Sales and GTM operations. You will partner with Deal Desk, Product, ESYS, and business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, prototype solutions, and scale secure production tools.

You will own the full lifecycle from prototyping to production, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition policies and pricing approvals, while balancing model performance

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on Deal Desk or RevOps experience.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ and CLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals and model usage via API.
• Experience leveraging SQL/SOQL and Python basics.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI-solvable Deal Desk bottlenecks and automate workflows.
• Design human-in-loop validation, audit trails, and fallback rules.
• Prototype, scale, test, and maintain internal AI tools for GTM/Deal Desk.
• Build agents and workflows using Glean, Salesforce tools, and n8n.
• Develop front-end apps with Retool, Cursor, React; ensure secure data integration.
• Create prompts and workflows for models like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude.
• Train end-users and maintain documentation for launched solutions.
