Job summary

Mews is hiring for a role in the Growth team to own end-to-end GTM automation and AI-powered infrastructure. You will build and ship production systems that accelerate ARR, from deal enrichment to CPQ automation, while maintaining observability and vendor relationships.

You will design prompting architectures for practical daily use by commercial reps, with a focus on reliability and measurable KPI improvements.

Qualifications

4–6 years delivering production software with commercial impact in a product-driven company
End-to-end ownership with autonomy and outcome focus
Shipped AI-powered pipelines or agents in real operations
Experience with modern AI tooling and MCP integrations
Hands-on CRM/API integration experience (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

Own automation and AI tooling lifecycle in your GTM domain: scoping, building, shipping, production
Build AI-powered pipelines for deal enrichment, routing, coaching signals, forecasting, CPQ, follow-up
Design prompting architecture and agent logic for non-technical users with strong observability
Ensure live systems health: incident response, adoption metrics, data quality visibility
Manage pod-level vendor relationships: SLAs, escalations, reviews
Support engineers through code reviews and share reusable patterns across pods
