Job summary

demandDrive, LLC is seeking a GTM Engineer to diagnose client GTM challenges and build scalable automation solutions. You’ll own the client relationship from discovery through delivery, crafting Clay-based workflows and AI-powered automations that connect enrichment data, intent signals, technographics, and data sources.

You’ll work in an agency setting, collaborating with clients across industries, and delivering repeatable, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience turning manual, 47-step processes into automated workflows.
• Ability to lead discovery calls and translate business goals into technical GTM solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and AI-powered automation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead client calls and discovery sessions to translate goals into GTM solu­tions.
• Build multi-layered Clay workflows from enrichment providers and signals.
• Design AI-powered automations for research, routing, and qualification at scale.
• Integrate CRM platforms and outbound tools into cohesive systems.
• Create end-to-end workflows covering the buyer journey from signal to renewal.
• Run experiments, measure results, and scale successful approaches.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and propose ideas to clients.
