Job summary

Togal AI is transforming pre-construction estimating with an AI-powered cloud platform. You will own models, campaign infrastructure, and personalization features that convert signals into revenue, while maintaining production-grade reliability.

You will work across data, ML, and integrations to ensure uptime and output quality across GTM tooling, APIs, and CRM platforms in a fast-paced, equity-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth engineering or RevOps.
• Proficient in a programming language; write, debug, and validate production code.
• Applied ML experience in production; explain trust levels to stakeholders.
• Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and handling flaky vendor APIs.
• Strong SQL and data sense to assess model outputs.

Responsibilities

• Predict the account before anyone touches it; own models for estimator count and ARR with confidence bands.
• Run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, voicemail) and own routing, retries, and deliverability.
• Generate personalization; per-rep landing pages and AI avatar video tracked end-to-end.
• Ground AI in real calls; use call intelligence to feed prep docs and scripts.
• Turn signals into tasks; score and route actions to prioritize reps.
