Fivetran is hiring a GTM Analytics Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, and Marketing. The role focuses on writing SQL, validating metrics, and delivering clear recommendations to stakeholders.

You’ll use Looker/Omni, Claude, and Excel to shape outputs and support ongoing dashboards, with a developmental path toward higher‑stakes analytics work from Costa Rica.

Qualifications

• Proficient SQL writing and data manipulation skills.
• Experience reading Looker/Omni metrics and reusing logic.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to ask clarifying questions to scope requests accurately.
• Familiarity with SaaS data concepts and sales analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine SQL queries for well-defined requests.
• Review Looker/Omni metrics and reuse existing logic where applicable.
• Structure data in Excel/Sheets for stakeholder insights.
• Summarize findings into actionable takeaways for non-tech teams.
• Validate data against source systems before sharing outputs.
• Support ad hoc reporting across Sales and GTM orgs.
