Job summary

Tractian, a leader in industrial analytics, seeks a GTM Analytics specialist in Atlanta to own data-driven projects for our go-to-market teams. You will use SQL and Python to merge CRM, campaigns, and account data, building robust analyses that guide strategy and performance insights.

Collaborate with stakeholders to turn questions into measurable dashboards, define CAC and pipeline metrics, and present findings with clear documentation. Experience with data warehouses or PySpark is a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Business Analytics or a related quantitative field.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, aggregations and window functions; Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience building a data project through coursework, research, internship or independent work.
• Ability to turn a business question into an analytical approach and explain findings.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a focused analytics project for GTM teams.
• Write SQL transformations and Python workflows to combine CRM, campaign and account data into reliable datasets.
• Build reusable data models and define metrics for customer acquisition and sales pipeline performance.
• Investigate missing records, duplicates and conflicting results; add validation checks to ensure data quality.
• Turn business questions into dashboards and analyses to inform decisions and document assumptions.
