Job summary

Fivetran is seeking an Analyst, GTM Analytics to turn data into actionable insights across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, and Deal Desk. You will write SQL, refine analyses with Claude, and shape outputs in Excel or Sheets for stakeholders.

This developmental role offers growth as you handle more complex requests. The position is full-time and based in or near our Costa Rica office, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL to pull and validate data.
• Able to use Claude to write, debug, or refine queries.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data structuring.

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt SQL queries for well-defined requests.
• Review existing metrics in Looker/Omni and reuse logic.
• Pull, clean, and structure data in Excel/Sheets for stakeholder questions.
• Summarize findings in clear, plain-language takeaways for non-technical stakeholders.
• Validate data accuracy against source systems.
