Provectus is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive market expansion in North America. This hunter-oriented role focuses on developing pipeline, generating new opportunities, and engaging with mid-market and enterprise prospects.

You’ll work with leadership but operate autonomously to proactively find and close opportunities. This role suits those with experience selling services/solutions (consulting, tech services, partnerships) and who thrive in a travel-friendly

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments.
• Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
• Experience selling technology services and negotiating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
• Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social).
• Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations.
• Partner with leadership to close deals.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel 40% of the time).
