Job summary

Provectus is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and build a strong client pipeline in North America. This hunter-focused role emphasizes proactively finding and closing opportunities in consulting and technology services, with travel to client sites and events.

You will engage with mid-market and enterprise prospects, collaborate with leadership, and operate with autonomy to meet ambitious revenue targets and contribute to Provectus' AI-focused advisory

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments.
• Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
• Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable.
• Comfortable working without detailed day-to-day supervision.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
• Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social).
• Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations.
• Partner with leadership to close deals.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 40% of the time).
