Job summary

Provectus is seeking a Business Development & Partner Manager to own dual revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads and building a self-sourced enterprise pipeline.

You will manage Anthropic and AWS partnerships, drive co-sell activities, and close multi-month consulting engagements while prospecting independently with enterprise accounts on the East Coast; willingness to travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development/partner management.
• Proven track record managing Anthropic, AWS, GCP, Azure or other partner relationships.
• Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
• Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close.
• Experience selling multi-month consulting engagements (not SaaS).
• Excellent executive-level communication skills across written, verbal, and in-room contexts.

• New logo hunting — outbound prospecting and closing enterprise accounts on the East Coast.
• Cross-functional collaboration with delivery leads to scope proposals for consulting engagements.
