Job summary

Mercor, a leading AI data company, is hiring its first GTM Engineer in San Francisco. You will design and deploy the data and tooling powering Mercor's go-to-market engine, integrating AI agents into customer workflows and converting spreadsheet-driven processes into production-grade systems.

The role blends engineering, growth, and marketing to support lead generation, attribution, pipeline management, and customer expansion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience spanning data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, growth engineering, revenue operations, or a similarly technical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; ability to design reliable data workflows across business systems.
• Experience building data pipelines, integrating APIs, and designing scalable workflows.
• Excellent intuition for go-to-market operations and translating business problems into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data and automation infrastructure powering Mercor's GTM organization across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
• Partner with Marketing, Revenue, Operations, and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable data models and systems.
• Build and maintain integrations across GTM stack (Attio, Customer.io, Clay) ensuring data accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and self-serve reporting for real-time pipeline, attribution, and revenue visibility.
• Own data quality, documentation, and governance for GTM data.
