Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to enhance the Revenue Velocity engine and automate GTM workflows. You’ll partner with Sales, Expansion, and PLG teams to convert product signals into automated actions, while maintaining data quality across CRM systems.

You will build and optimize the stack, deploy AI-native automations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve funnel velocity and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.
• Built or supported systems powering sales pipelines and lifecycle ops.
• Hands-on automations with webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and ensure the funnel runs smoothly and intelligently.
• Deploy automations to surface next-best actions and improve deal velocity.
• Perform data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records for accuracy.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows to minimize drag.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into solutions.
• Connect disparate GTM tools into a cohesive stack and scale it.
