AssemblyAI seeks a Senior GTM AI Engineer to join the revenue org and build pipelines, internal tools, and agents that decide which companies to target and how to reach them. You will deploy production systems that support AE and SDR workflows, keep CRM clean, and drive measurable pipeline growth.

Your work will involve cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing, shipping end-to-end automations, and documenting processes to ensure sustainability and impact.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years as a software, data, or GTM engineer shipping production systems.
• Strong Python and SQL with end-to-end ownership of automations.
• Experience building multi-step agents using LLMs and tool use.
• AI-assisted development daily with Claude Code or equivalent.
• Solid fundamentals: clean code, version control, debugging, reviews.
• Curiosity about sales processes and CRM familiarity to learn quickly.
• Builder mindset: scope for business impact and ship iteratively.

• Write code daily: Python services, SQL models, scheduled jobs, internal apps.
• Build agents for research, lead qualification, outreach drafting, CRM hygiene.
• Turn usage data into signals: alerts, expansion triggers, health scores.
• Create ICP scoring and ranked lists from raw data for reps.
• Integrate CRM and outbound tools to move data automatically.
• Ensure funnel data reliability with routing and governance.
• Prototype fast, measure success, kill what doesn’t work, collaborate with Sales/Marketing.
• Document everything to ensure long-term operability.
