Job summary

Inkitt seeks a Growth Technology Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for its marketing-technology and measurement ecosystem. You will own mobile attribution, analytics, and the data signals powering paid user acquisition across Inkitt's brands, with a strong focus on building scalable pipelines and observability.

Sitting with User Acquisition, Growth, Analytics, and Engineering, you will translate needs into a martech roadmap, run end-to-end experiments, and relentlessly pursue

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a fast-growing B2C consumer tech company, with mobile app experience.
• Deep expertise in marketing technology and measurement.
• Proven track record building measurement, experimentation and martech tooling.
• Strong technical fluency to partner with engineering on data pipelines and tooling.
• Autonomous and results-driven with ownership mindset.
