Job summary

Spin.AI is seeking a highly analytical Growth Marketing Lead to own the performance engine behind our inbound strategy across Spin.AI’s portfolio, including Backup, Security, and Atlassian ecosystems. You’ll connect organic, paid, social, web, retargeting, nurture, and measurement into a cohesive growth machine.

You’ll partner with the Director of Marketing to turn stories and campaigns into measurable pipeline, own CRO and lifecycle programs, and coordinate with fractional Marketing Operations

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B growth/demand generation in cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech.
• Hands-on experience owning multi‑channel inbound acquisition programs.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable growth experiments.
• Strong collaboration with senior leadership and external partners.
• Experience with AI-native marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own growth engine from acquisition to pipeline across Spin.AI brands.
• Manage paid and organic channels including search, social, retargeting.
• Lead CRO initiatives on landing pages and conversion paths.
• Collaborate with Director of Marketing and Marketing Operations.
• Experiment with AI tools to accelerate campaigns and insights.
