Job summary

T:0, the AI-native finance platform for founders, is seeking a growth/marketing leader in San Francisco to own paid acquisition and lifecycle programs. You’ll build measurement systems, optimize conversion, and scale channels for a fast-moving startup.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and GTM team to design, test, and optimize campaigns across channels using Webflow, HubSpot, and analytics tools. This is a hands-on role in a small team with high impact.

Qualifications

• Experience driving growth and demand generation for early-stage startups.
• Hands-on with paid acquisition and measurement systems.
• Strong analytics mindset and ability to act on data.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition and manage agencies, budget pacing and channels.
• Build the measurement spine with robust attribution and tracking.
• Ship landing pages, run CRO, and optimize funnel from click to signup.
• Own lifecycle marketing: onboarding, nurture, re-engagement campaigns.
• Grow distribution and manage the T:0 newsletter audience.
• Own technical SEO and organic social publishing.
• Report weekly on performance and changes.
