Tekmetric is seeking a Head of Growth and Demand to set the strategic direction for scaling customer acquisition across paid media, SEO, AI‑driven visibility, and integrated campaigns. • 10+ years in growth, performance marketing, demand generation, or digital acquisition in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to scale inbound pipelines and own multi‑million‑dollar paid programs.
• Experience leading integrated campaign planning across SMB, Mid‑Market, Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy, execution, optimization, and ROI reporting.
• Lead budget planning and agency partnerships to maximize efficiency.
• Build and manage an inbound demand engine from scratch across channels.
• Own website and landing page optimization for conversion and discoverability.
• Forecast inbound volume and pipeline performance with clear attribution.
