Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or customer insight roles focusing on customer growth for retail or consumer goods space.
• MBA or relevant innovation program experience a plus.
• Experience or genuine interest in consumer goods, retail or hospitality & travel.
• Strong research and analysis skills.
• Exposure to concept testing, prototyping, or agile product/service development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of AI/ GenAI
• Understanding of quantitative data sets and some financial value casing and modeling also preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Execute rapid testing protocols with real and synthetic customers to validate concepts.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for prioritization and launch.
• Collaborate with design, product, customer insights, and marketing functions to shape propositions.
• Drive and assist in building business cases for high-priority growth opportunities
