Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a senior strategy consultant to accelerate customer-led growth for retail and consumer goods. You will identify opportunities, validate ideas, and contribute to market launch planning while collaborating with managers and client teams to turn insights into market-ready propositions.

You will conduct research, validate concepts through rapid testing, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for prioritization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or customer insight roles focusing on growth for retail/consumer goods.
• MBA or relevant innovation program experience a plus.
• Experience or interest in consumer goods, retail, hospitality & travel.
• Strong research and analysis skills.
• Exposure to concept testing, prototyping, or agile product/service development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of AI/GenAI and quantitative data sets.
• Financial value casing and modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Execute rapid testing with real and synthetic customers to validate concepts.
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for prioritization and launch.
• Collaborate with design, product, customer insights, and marketing to shape propositions.
• Drive and assist in building business cases for high-priority growth opportunities.
