Job summary

Tom James Company is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate new leads through phone calling and prospecting, in a full-time, in-person setting.

You will build a high-quality pipeline using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, schedule appointments, and support field sales during weekly visits.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Google Drive and Microsoft Outlook.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Capable of bending and lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license; some markets may have exceptions.
• Sales exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential new clients via platforms and calls.
• Generate appointments through outbound calls to prospects and customers.
• Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales leader on field activities twice a week.
• Prepare client details for visits to sales leaders.
• Manage professional social media channels.
• Support client relationships with manufacturing facilities.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
