Tom James Company is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a full-time, in-person role in Tampa. You will generate new leads through phone outreach and prospecting, build and manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with the sales leader in the field multiple times weekly.

• Continually build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
• Works in the field with sales leader 2 times per week.
• Ensures all necessary client details are prepared for the sales leader's visits.
• Manages professional social media channels.
• Maintains a professional image and client engagement.
