Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Product Manager II on the Growth team to own its end-to-end notifications platform spanning push, in-app, and email. You will define strategy for messaging to millions of customers, leveraging ML-powered relevance to boost activation, engagement, and lifetime value.

Expect to lead experiments, partner with data science, and shape platform architecture for real-time personalization across channels. Base salary is disclosed; equity/bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with growth focus at scale (1M+ users).
• Proven track record shipping ML-powered personalization with data-science collaboration.
• Strong experimentation skills and ability to interpret results for roadmaps.
• Experience owning multi-channel messaging platforms (push, in-app, email).
• SQL proficiency and data-analysis habit to drive decisions.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Coinbase's notifications across push, in-app, and email with growth-focused investments.
• Improve engagement and activation via ML-powered personalization and targeted messaging.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to enhance targeting and reduce fatigue.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize timing, content, and channels at scale.
• Design the platform to add new channels and real-time personalization capabilities.
